Perché sulle Aran ci si torna…

Ancora 51 giorni e torneremo sulle Aran. L’ultima volta che ci siamo andati… beh, son successe un bel po’ di cose, l’ultima volta! Era Pasqua del 2004. Secoli, se si pensa a come il mondo, adesso, corre veloce: anche sulle Aran. Quando arriveremo ci sarà il nuovo porto: più grande, per più navi, per più gente. Mc Carthy diceva che l’Irlanda, comunque, riesce a ‘digerire’ tutti i suoi turisti: qualche minuto, qualche chilometro, e sei solo. Ci è già successo sulle Aran, ci è già successo nel Connemara (due bici e tante pecore).

Si torna sulle Aran. Si torna da Bridie e Patrick, ad An Crugán. Si torna alla Fossa della Bestia. Si torna dove nascono le nuvole.

Still 51 days and will be back on Aran.
Last time we went there… Well, many things happened, that last time! It was Easter 2004.
Centuries ago, if you think about how the world runs fast now: on Aran too. This time we’ll see the new pier: bigger, for more ships, for more people. McCarthy said that Ireland, however, can ‘digest’ all tourists in a few minutes, in a few miles, then you are alone again: it already happened to us on Aran, and in Connemara (two bikes and a lot of sheeps…).
We are back on Aran. We’ll be back with Bridie and Patrick, in An Crugán. We’ll be back to the Worm Hole. We’ll be back where clouds are born.
